insurance oh insurance....

yes ......dah jadi adult ...kena pikir pasal insurance skang......dulu parents kita je pening pasal nie kan....before this pernah ambik tahu sangat...setakat bayar kenkouhokken syiyakusho and insurance masa sewa kete tu...

so now that we are car owners....we have to think about car insurance... the thing is masa beli wheelie dulu tak masuk insurance ...memang nak masuk tapi sampai pindah pun tak buat2....

so today hubby dearest and i set out to get ourselves car insurance.... tanya2 warga toyohashi..we decide to go for matsuba auto...dekat pun dekat tak yah g sampai shibata...

it was a small company...probably family owened...masuk ada mak dia bapak dia seme dlm waiting room tu...took us 2 hours to get everything done...dia nak cerita pasal plan2 yang ada, nak kira2 utk baai kitorang macam mana lagi...

it seems that if i were 26 years old it would be cheaper...and our car being a honda fit also made the insurance more expensive...the reason why? they explained that because the honda fit is a popular car particularly amongst the younger generation...it is more prone to accidents...hence it costing more insurance wise...okay lah...i get that... surpisingly insurance for bigger cars (excluding sports cars) costs less...hahaha

the weird thing is...after all the insurance stuff was settled i felt more unsure of myself...after hearing how much it would cost if this happened or that happened....benda yang dulu heiki je buat sekarang kita jadi berjaga jaga sikit....

saturday has come again.....

as hubby dearest has promised.... we get to eat out at least once a week....and I get to choose...

I felt like Indian food.... so he said..let's go try the 'other' place...which is bit further away...and so we left after maghrib and took the bypass (so you get the idea...jauh kan) only to get there to see that it was closed...so we made a u-turn and headed for Devi


Devi is an Indian Restaurant that also sells Halal goods..so alang2 dah ke sana ingatkan nak top-up rations lah kan....zannen...ape yang di cari tak ada...

tapi tak pe...cause i got my Indian food...hubby went for the Tandori set as usual and I...I chose the vege set again...bukan diet ye people..it's just that i'm picky when it comes to chicken meat...breast meat jyanai to kuwanai....and the Tandori sets are always drumsticks...so instead of chicken i had the sheek kebab...yes...mutton...and since i ordered vegetarian...the curries were also vegetarian and i got to choose 2...so i had paneer saag ( cheese and spinach curry) and dhal curry...paneer saag tu sedap you...haha...better then aloo gobi anytime...

the portions are big...so naan sekepin pun kenyang gila kay....

so because today hubby dah belanja ...esok kena masak besh untuk dia ...hahaha...nak nasi lemak datte .... ashita hayaku okinai to naaaa....

today panas.....uhm no...tak panas...hare

just bear with me... my posts will probably be mundane from now on....heck katanya dok umah...not much to write about...

today is sunny... so pagi2 bangun basuh baju... we have a dryer in our new residence and hubby dearest was a bit puzzled why i've only used that thing once... well the sun's out isn't it...plus i love the feel of sun dried laundry better haha....

now baru tahu my father's obsession with laundry and why he always feels down bila laundry dia tak kering habis.... well now i know...because even though it's sunny kain tu tak semestinya kering...coz it's still a bit chilly here...hmm ... down lah... kerja tak beres...

oh ya...by the way...today i planted my thyme and rosemary seeds....hopefully they sprout by next week...huhu

day two....

today baru day two sebagai full-time housewife without hubby around and i'm already bored...
yes i know ...banyak kerja yang boleh saya bereskan tapi naka naka gak lah bosan dia....but still okay compared to bosan masa baru2 masuk lab last year...

oh and yes...today is also the second day jaga alaudin a.k.a. adik....so far so good...masing2 still learning to get used to each other... and since adik is just 1and 1/2 months old ...most of his time is spent sleeping....which accounts to me having a lot of free time....and hence me getting bored...

so the last 2 days i've been recipe hunting...going through food blogs.... and today surveying international food shops aroung the nagoya area... selama ni dok order barang from baticrom and azhar je...but they only cater to ingredients for the asian region... so now for ingredients more to the italian, mexican and other ethnic cooking....and i found a website which ships from kobe and the states....tapi pricey lah skit....

baru 2 days but so far so good...learning adik's schedule has alowed to cook mcm2...last night laksa penang and blueberry panna cotta.... today baked chicken, spinach and white sauce spaghetti and for dessert condensed milk pound cake...

esok nye menu ape plak ek...

3.15 on a saturday afternoon....

it's been a while hasn't it...tadaima nihon ni modorimashita....di bumi toyohashi lak....today finally clear sikit ruang tamu rumah ni...so boleh take a break sat...hubby pun tgh bersiap nak gi taikukan...tgh cr stokin datte...and me being who i am  ..tak nak ikut...hahaha


so as a recap of the events that have happened since i graduated..

3) keluar rumah fukui
4) balik msia
5) lapor diri kat jpa
6) outing with babah (just the 2 of us)
7) out with kak dz and hezry
8) amik hubby kat klia
9) first trip to in-laws (cuak skit but ended up being fun)
10) dart's wedding
11) langkawi trip with in-laws
12) shopping at law yat wit hubby (serious rambang mata)
13) back to nihon

oh ya did i mention ....i 'm sick...punya lama tak batuk...it feels so tsurai...
